Clove is the spice we add to the festive meals at the time of the holiday season. Aromatic nozzles are actually dried flower buds of clove tree. It is used in marinades and foundations, and is also popular with Dalmatian pasta. It should be carefully dosed so its intense taste would not overcome the meal.
